1WRD

1WRD shows you one word at a time, exactly where your eye already is. Instead of sweeping across lines, you hold still and the text comes to you. Most people comfortably double their reading speed within a few sessions, with full comprehension. The focal letter of every word is tinted and locked to the same point on screen, so your eye never moves. That is the whole trick, and 1WRD does it properly: each word is measured with the same typesetting engine that draws it, so the anchor is pixel-exact, not roughly centred.
