Ageborn: Empire Builder

Raise a village. Lead it through five ages. Ageborn starts you with a handful of thatched huts in the Stone Age. Gather food and wood, build farms and houses, train an army, and upgrade your town center to advance. Every age rebuilds your village before your eyes: mudbrick in the Bronze Age, stone walls, terracotta roofs and catapults in the Iron Age, castles, slate and knights in the Medieval Age, and marble domes, cannon and a Wonder in the Imperial Age. Everyone works, as in Age of Empires: woodcutters chop the forest and carry the logs home, miners dig stone and gold, farmers work the fields, and builders hammer at every site. Your army waits in ranks beside the barracks, marches out to raid, and the survivors march home. Pinch in close to watch them, from clubmen in furs to knights in mail to musketeers.
