Align Vision Journal

Align Vision Journal is a home visual alignment observation tool for people experiencing strabismus (eye misalignment) or diplopia (double vision). Align is not a diagnostic tool: it does not diagnose disease, recommend treatment, or replace a comprehensive professional eye examination. Instead, it helps you bring more complete and quantitative observations to discussions with an eye-care professional by documenting how the images you perceive align across different viewing positions and over time. Using red-and-blue anaglyph glasses, adjust separate pattern layers until they appear aligned. Align records the horizontal, vertical, and rotational adjustments you select.
