AMBE Admin is the staff console for resorts running the AMBE guest experience system. It is issued by resort management to their own employees — front desk, restaurant, spa, housekeeping and duty managers — and it is where guest requests are actually handled. WHAT STAFF DO IN THE APP • Take orders. Food and drink orders arrive the moment a guest sends them, with room number and items. Move each one through received, being prepared, on the way and delivered, and the guest sees the change on their phone. • Answer guests. A direct conversation with each occupied room. Guests write in their own language and staff read it in theirs, with translation both ways, so a Korean guest and a Vietnamese receptionist understand each other without a third person. • Handle bookings.
