Amplii: Binaural Beats

Amplii (formerly Signal) generates binaural beats: two slightly different tones, one to each ear. Your brain constructs a third, pulsing tone from the difference between them. Headphones are required. On speakers the two tones mix before they reach you and the effect disappears, so Amplii checks for headphones before you begin. Meditate descends from 10 Hz into a 6 Hz theta hold, then lifts to 12 Hz, so you finish calm but awake. Focus rises from 10 Hz into a 14 Hz beta hold, then eases back to 10 Hz. Energy climbs from 12 Hz to an 18 Hz hold, then settles at 14 Hz.
