Please note before downloading: the entire app is in Arabic and built right-to-left, for the Saudi market. There is no English interface. The numbers come first. Every listing declares the asking price, monthly revenue, monthly profit and monthly expenses up front, alongside real photos of the actual business and its location on a map. You decide whether a business is worth a conversation before you ever pick up the phone.
