Every word, picture and recording ships inside the app, so neither mobile data nor Wi-Fi is needed. Ten short exercises make a lesson. New words, picking a word from a picture, listening, building a sentence out of loose words, filling in the missing word, matching pairs. Pronunciation practice. In some exercises you say the English word into the microphone and the app turns what it heard into text so you can see how it came out.
