Ashley's Carnival Rush is a memory game with your hands full. A customer steps up and shows you a ticket. Bun, patty, cheese, no onion. The next one wants a funnel cake with strawberry and a soda. Behind you are three counters — sweets, savory, drinks — and forty-eight ingredients spread across them. Build the order exactly, hand it over before their patience runs out, and keep the streak alive. Get it wrong and you break the streak. Take too long and they walk. A STAND THAT GROWS You start on a hot dog cart that sells three things: a hot dog, a hamburger and a soda. One customer at a time, and all the time in the world to read them. The County Fair opens it up to eight dishes across all three counters, still one customer at a time. The Boardwalk seats two.
