Autokton AI

Autokton AI is the sales assistant for your online shop. Customers message you on Instagram and Facebook. Autokton replies with the price and sizes from your own catalogue, collects the name, phone number and address, and hands you the order ready to confirm. WHAT IT DOES • Replies in DMs — prices, sizes and stock from your catalogue • Orders — confirm, send with the courier, record how each one ended • WhatsApp confirmation before the parcel leaves • Returns and exchanges — the reason for a return, and a swap for another size • Tracking — a link where the customer sees where their order is • Courier cash — what the courier owes you for delivered parcels • Deposits for customers who have refused a parcel before • Public shop page — your products, reviews and return terms • Ask AI — ask about your sales, or give it a task • Rentals — bookings by the day for cars, apartments and equipment…
