Ballboards

Ballboards helps venue teams keep physical advertising signs installed, current, and in good condition. See your installation and removal work, locate signs on Venue Map, and submit a proof photo when an installation is complete. Guided replacement jobs help you remove the old board before installing the new one. Features include: • Separate Installs and Removals lists with distance and age sorting • Satellite venue map with board-code search • Guided replacement workflow • Camera or photo-library proof submission • Slide-to-remove confirmation • Damaged-board photo reports with capture location and direction • In-app help and support requests • Secure venue and invited-team-member access • Grouped installation alerts, overdue reminders, and app-icon work counts A Ballboards venue account is required. Venue administrators manage teammate invitations through the Ballboards venue portal.
