BarClock: Candle Close Timer

BarClock tells you exactly when the current candle closes, and shouts before it does. It never touches a price feed. Candle boundaries are pure clock maths, so when you ask for a warning ten seconds out, you get it ten seconds out - on the M1 scalp and on the daily close alike.
