Note: the app is currently available in Polish only. An English version is in preparation. BartoliniPizza plans pizza dough backwards: you say when you want to bake, the app tells you how much of what to weigh and when to start. HOW IT WORKS 1. Pick a style: Napoletana, Classica, Romana Tonda, Teglia alla Romana, Siciliana, Focaccia or gluten-free pizza. 2. Say how many pizzas or trays you bake (usually 1 pizza per person). 3. Set the day and hour you bake. You get a recipe in grams (flour, water, salt, oil, yeast) and a schedule: when to knead, when to ball, when to take the dough out of the fridge, when to preheat. MAKE IT YOURS Under "More settings" choose your oven (home oven, electric pizza oven, gas or wood-fired), total rise time and fridge hours, room temperature, fresh or dry yeast, ball weight, hydration, salt, oil and flour.
