Basis: Regulation + Meditation

Basis was created by humans, for humans. Every exercise, the design and layout of the app, even the transitions between pages, were intentionally crafted to be pleasant, real, and helpful for the user. Nothing flashy, nothing overwhelming. All helpful. The main function of basis is the exercises that are found on the main page. Each exercise has been crafted to bring a sense of peace, regulation, and safety to the participant by inviting them to slow down and come into the here-and-now. This is done by joining the natural neurological signals that are constantly happening in the body and mind.
