BCAT - Assessment Tool

BCAT (Body Composition Assessment Tool) is a decision-support tool developed for sports and healthcare professionals assessing body composition (BC) in athletes. The app guides you step by step through a structured assessment of whether it is appropriate to conduct a BC measurement, based on recommendations from the IOC consensus on Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (REDs).
