Better Health - BHP is a coach-guided wellness app for adult clients of JK Health Coaching. Your coach assigns your plan. You use the app to: • Follow training sessions with clear instructions • View your nutrition plan and log meals • Track progress your coach asks you to record • Message your coach and use a private, moderated client community The app is free to download. Access requires an account created by your coach. There are no in-app purchases. It is a coaching tool, not a medical device, and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.
