BeVigil

BeVigil is a live command centre for security operations, built for the people who run them and the guards who work them. For managers: - See every guard's real-time position on a live dispatch map -- know who's on patrol, on break, or in alert, without a single phone call. - Schedule single or recurring shifts, or let Auto-roster propose a guard for every unassigned shift in one pass. - Define ordered checkpoint tours with QR codes -- guards scan to prove presence, and compliance shows up in every report automatically. - Get instant duress and safety alerts the moment a guard needs backup. - Review and approve guard-submitted certifications and incident reports. - Export per-guard hours and full payroll CSVs in seconds. - Give clients a read-only portal showing coverage, patrols, and incidents at their sites -- fewer calls, more transparency. For guards: - Clock in and out with one tap…
