Beyond Routes

The best running tracker you own came free with your phone. It is on your wrist, or in your pocket, and Apple makes it better every year. Keep recording with it. Beyond Routes is what happens afterwards. It reads the outdoor workouts already in your Apple Health, finds the routes you run again and again, and compares today’s run with every previous run you have made over the same ground. THE ROUTES YOU REPEAT Beyond Routes recognizes a repeated route from the GPS your workouts already carry. Nothing to set up, no segment to draw, no course to mark. Run the same loop the other way round and it stays a separate route, because it is a different run. COMPARED WITH YOUR OWN HISTORY • Mile by mile against yourself: this run, your record for each segment, and the matching segment of your fastest complete run on the route. Kilometres if you prefer them. Beyond Routes cuts every split, record…
