BG Coach is the training and nutrition app for clients of Bernardo Galvão. Your coach builds your plan. The app is where you follow it, record what you actually did, and stay in touch between sessions. TRAINING Your programme, day by day, with a video for every exercise so there is no guessing about form. Log your sets and weights as you go. Your coach sees what you lifted and adjusts from there. NUTRITION Your meal plan with the amounts worked out for you, and the calories and macros for each food rather than only a daily total. Do not like something on the plan? Swap it for an alternative your coach has approved, and the numbers stay where they should be.
