Blood Pressure Log & Report is a blood pressure record you can print and take to your doctor. Record your readings at home. When your appointment comes around, create a report — a clean document with your readings, charts, averages, notes and medicines. Print it, email it, or share it as a PDF. THE REPORT IS THE POINT Everything else in the app is how it gets filled in. Your report can include: • Blood pressure • Pulse • Weight • Oxygen levels • Charts and averages • Notes you have added • Your medicine list You choose the dates it covers. RECORDING TAKES A FEW SECONDS Tap Add a reading, type your numbers, tap Save. Pulse, weight and oxygen go on the same entry if you want them.
