For example, if you visit your doctor every two months, you can create a report comparing your most recent two months with the preceding two months. Bring the report to your appointment as a helpful reference when discussing medication and lifestyle habits with your doctor. You can also review blood pressure trends in the app, making it useful for keeping track of changes over time. Before You Begin : This app does not measure or record your blood pressure.
