About Bowllock
Bowllock is a visit ledger for professional hair colorists. Each client holds one open visit, recorded as a zonal formula, an optional strand test, a frozen mix card, and a result verdict. The ledger does not book appointments, collect payment, send client email, recommend shades, diagnose hair or scalp, assess allergies, or generate hair portraits. HOW A VISIT IS RECORDED Several clients may have an open visit at the same time. One client still has only one open visit. This Week lists pinned clients whose visits are still open. Clearing pins removes the pin only and does not close or delete the visit. A no-show voids the draft and does not enter locked history. The formula is entered one zone at a time: roots, mid-lengths, and ends. Each zone records shade, parts, developer volume, ratio, minutes, and technique.
