Boxing Box is a boxing coach that lives entirely on your phone. No account, no sign-up, no internet connection. Open it in a gym basement, on a plane, or with the phone in airplane mode, and every feature works exactly the same. PUNCH SCHOOL — LEARN THE NUMBERS FIRST Boxing gyms call punches by number, and the app teaches that language before it starts using it. You answer one question — which hand do you write with? — and from then on the app talks about your actual left and right instead of "lead hand". Then you walk the six numbered punches one at a time: a short looping video of the punch being thrown, what the punch is for, how to throw it in four steps, the cues to remember, and the mistakes to avoid.
