Boxwitness Station

Boxwitness Station turns an iPhone into a packing station for your Boxwitness account (the Boxwitness app for Shopify stores). Put the phone on a stand over your packing bench, or hold it in your hand. Show an order's packing slip and the station loads the order. Scan each item as it goes into the box: the camera reads barcodes, SKUs and Boxwitness item labels, ticks each item off, and warns you about a wrong item or a missing one before the box is closed. Show the shipping label to close the box — the station checks the label belongs to that order. Every box is recorded on video with the order, the items and the time burned into the picture, and saved to the order in Boxwitness. When a customer says an item was missing or the wrong size, you have the proof.
