breakr.me shields the apps you choose for 15 or 30 minutes and plays a calm scene while they stay shielded. You pick them in Apple's own Screen Time picker. • Choose a scene, or keep Quiet Workshop. • Start. breakr.me applies the shield and the scene begins. • Around the scheduled time, the apps are released.
