A soft nudge to check in with your own nervous system. Breathe, Queen sends you a gentle notification a few times a day and asks one question: were you in fight or flight? You answer yes or no straight from the notification, without ever opening the app. That is the whole interaction. No mood journal, no five-point scale, no paragraph to write at the end of a hard day.
