BrewPhase

BrewPhase is a coffee notebook for people who want to understand each bag—not just remember its name. Track post-roast phases, log every brew, record how each cup tastes, and learn from your own results. MANAGE EVERY BAG Record each coffee’s name, roaster, origin, processing method, roast level, roast date, opening date, and remaining weight. Keep track of the beans you have and which bag to brew next. TRACK FLAVOUR PHASES Use adjustable rules to follow resting, peak-flavour windows, and later phases after roasting. Set reminders to help you decide when to brew a bag. These phases are brewing guides, not expiry dates or food-safety assessments. LOG EVERY CUP Save your brewing method, equipment, dose, water temperature, brew time, grind setting, coffee-to-water ratio, rating, and tasting notes. Build a history you can refer to instead of relying on memory. LEARN FROM YOUR OWN BREWS…
