Brightwell Utility

Brightwell Utility helps authorized field personnel configure and maintain compatible Brightwell water meters and meter interface units (MIUs). Import and preview the CSV configuration file supplied for a water meter. Scan for and connect to a compatible Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) meter interface unit (MIU). Then scan the water meter QR code to select the matching meter record and configure supported settings. After connecting, users can view meter and configuration data, review and update supported settings, confirm and send configuration changes, set the meter’s initial volume, and view communication logs for setup and troubleshooting. Brightwell Utility is designed for field use with compatible Brightwell water-meter and MIU hardware. An appropriate meter configuration CSV is required for configuration workflows.
