Buildplate: Find 3D Prints

Buildplate is a swipe deck for 3D-print models. It pulls from MakerWorld and Printables, learns what you like, and shows you the next thing worth printing. WHY IT EXISTS Both sites host hundreds of thousands of models. Most of them are not for you. Search only works when you already know what you are looking for, and browsing by "popular" shows the same benchmarks and phone stands to everyone. Buildplate is for the other problem: you own a printer, it is sitting idle, and you want something good to print tonight. HOW IT WORKS Swipe right to like, left to pass, up to save. That is the whole interface. After a few dozen swipes the feed stops being generic — it starts favoring the categories, tags and makers you actually keep, and it stops showing you the ones you keep skipping.
