Buoy: Energy Time Tracker

Buoy shows how your day is balancing out, as a small harbour at sea. Four meters track your energy: • Head: mental focus • Hands: physical energy • Heart: emotional energy • Haul: what you got done Log time with a tap. Each activity drains or fills the meters the way you set it up: work fills your Haul and spends your Head, while an hour outside restores Head and Heart. The harbour responds. Buoys ride low as a meter empties, seals gather on the raft as your heart lifts, and the fishing boat fills with the day's catch. TIMER Queue a sequence of activities and press play. A fog horn sounds as each one ends, the countdown shows on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, and the time is logged for you.
