Busy Bays: Bus Jam Puzzle

The lot is packed, the crowd is growing and there are only five loading bays. Tap a bus with a clear road, send it to a bay, and let riders of its color climb aboard. Pick the wrong buses and the bays jam. HOW IT WORKS Every bus points one way. If nothing is in front of it, it drives out of the lot to a free loading bay. Riders at the front of the line board any parked bus of their color, and a full bus honks and leaves, freeing its bay. Fill all the bays with buses nobody is waiting for and the level is lost. A PUZZLE, NOT A GUESS Every level is built to be winnable with the bays it gives you. The challenge is choosing the order: which bus to free first, which to leave buried, and when to hold a bay open for the crowd that's coming.
