Conditional formatting, for the calendar you already have. Paint every event that starts with [URGENT] red. Outline the day when the first line of the notes says "Trip". Tint weekends and holidays. It is the same idea as a spreadsheet's conditional formatting, applied to a month calendar. WHAT A RULE CAN MATCH The title, the first line of the notes, or the last line: contains, begins with, ends with, or exactly. Include or exclude. Specific calendars. All-day or timed.
