CAP200 — Ose un premier pas

Confidence grows through real life experience. CAP200 offers 200 small, practical challenges to build confidence, become more independent and understand yourself better. Say what you prefer, ask for information, have a coffee alone, cook a meal: every challenge is an achievable action, at your own pace. 10 ISLANDS TO EXPLORE Confidence, relationships, independence, emotions, body and energy, learning, responsibility, going out and meeting people, digital life, money and projects. Each island has its own map and 20 steps: you move along the trail, one challenge at a time. A JOURNEY THAT FITS YOU After your first 3 challenges, tell us what you want to change and what holds you back: we encourage you and open the island that suits you. YOUR FEELINGS JOURNAL After each challenge, note how you felt and what you lived. Find your history, your badges and each island's recap. Everything stays…
