CATHOLICA: Catholic Prayer App

CATHOLICA puts the rhythm of the Church's year in your pocket. Every day the app knows what the Church celebrates: the season, the week, the saint, the liturgical colour, the readings of the Mass. It computes all of this on your phone from the rules of the Roman Calendar, so it works anywhere, with or without a signal, for this year and every year to come. TODAY - the liturgical day at a glance, tinted in the colour of the season. CALENDAR - the whole year as a ring of colour; every feast, solemnity and movable date. READINGS - the complete Mass readings for any day, with the full scripture text. PRAY - a guided Rosary with a bead tracker, all twenty mysteries with meditations, the Angelus (or Regina Caeli in Easter Time), the Divine Mercy chaplet, the Stations of the Cross, litanies, and the essential prayers in English and Latin. Save the prayers you return to. LEARN - the Holy Bible,…
