Ceilr

Ceilr is a digital lockbox for your phone. Pick a duration, tap Seal, and everything except what you choose to keep open gets locked. No early exit. Most focus apps let you cancel the second you're tempted. Ceilr doesn't. Once you seal, there's no button to quit and no toggle to turn off, just the clock counting down. Try to delete the app mid seal and iOS won't let you either. You pick your own exceptions during setup, so banking, messaging, or work apps stay open if you need them. Everything else is sealed until the timer runs out. If a real emergency comes up, you get two lifetime unlocks with real friction attached so they're never used casually.
