ChefCount

ChefCount keeps a list of what is actually in your kitchen and shows you which of its recipes you can cook with it. YOUR KITCHEN Add ingredients from a searchable list of 35 staples, or type in a name of your own. Each item carries a quantity, a unit and an optional use-by date that is pre-filled with a typical shelf life for that ingredient. The Kitchen tab groups everything into seven categories, badges each item as expired, due today or with the days remaining, and gathers anything due within three days under a Use soon banner. RECIPES Twelve recipes are built into the app. Each one is ranked by how much of it you already hold, so the list reorders itself as your kitchen changes. A recipe card shows how many of its ingredients you have and names the ones you are missing. Open it for the numbered method, servings, calories and the prep and cook times.
