Clear, Under or Take

Clear, Under or Take is a digital version of a traditional card game — the one played round kitchen tables with a standard deck, usually learned by watching a hand rather than by reading rules. Every turn is the same three-way choice the name describes. Play a card that clears the pile. Play one at or below the card on top. Or take the whole pile into your hand and start again. WHAT MAKES THIS VERSION DIFFERENT Most versions of this game strip the Jokers out and play it straight. This one keeps them, adds a gamble, and teaches you as you go. • Jokers are in. They clear the pile alongside your clear cards, and you choose which rank plays that role. • Risk cards. Four cards sit face down in front of you, each under a card you can see.
