Clearday is a counter for anyone stepping away from something — alcohol, nicotine, cannabis, gambling, sugar, social media, or anything else you name. It's built around one idea most apps in this category get wrong: starting again should never erase what you already did. Most sobriety and quit apps punish a reset — wiping your streak back to zero, like the last stretch never happened. Clearday doesn't. Start again and your old streak is filed into your history, never deleted, while a new count begins.
