Record each run against its planned interval, each box against its shelf, each piece against its downhole depths and recovery. A deterministic integrity pass then walks the recorded coverage and shows exactly where the record disagrees with itself: unaccounted intervals, overlapping depths, pieces stored out of downhole order, pieces outside the run envelope, and sample codes tagged twice.
