Courage Psychiatry is the patient portal for current patients of Dr. Armando León. Sign in with the phone number or email on file with the practice — no password to remember, with Face ID and passkeys on supported devices. What you can do: • Visits — see upcoming and past appointments, book, reschedule or cancel within the practice's policies, and join video visits. • Messages — secure two-way messaging with your care team, with photo and document attachments. • Medications — your current prescriptions, pharmacy on file, refill requests, and medication information sheets. • Progress — the questionnaires your clinician assigns, completed in the app, with your scores over time. • Tasks — intake forms and questionnaires that are due, with reminders.
