Every yōkai has three ways to win. And every one has a story. Creature Conquest: Yōkai is a card strategy game drawn from Japanese folklore. Choose a yōkai, call Might, Spirit, or Trickery, and reveal both cards together. Win the clash, capture its Trophies, and decide whether to play it safe or save your Foxfire for a Legend. FLIP THE CARD. READ THE LEGEND. Every one of the 48 cards has a backgrounder. Open a card's close-up, tap the info button, and the card flips over to tell that creature's story: why a tanuki balances a leaf on its head, why wise sailors carried a ladle with no bottom, and what becomes of an old umbrella after a hundred years.
