Cryomapper is a chain-of-custody bench tool for the freezer boxes of a small biobank, core facility, or teaching lab. It reconciles what each box should hold against what is physically in the wells, one tube at a time. Today A working dashboard of active audit sessions with progress, aliquots out on pull manifests, unresolved discrepancies, and the latest custody events. Every row deep-links straight to the well it concerns. Audit Open a box and work the grid in Expected, Observed, or Reconcile view. Each well carries a live finding badge - match, missing, extra, moved, duplicate code, unreadable - recomputed from your entries, and tapping a well opens an inspector that explains the finding in plain language.
