CSTEIX is an artwork you can stay inside, and a quiet meditation timer. MEDITATION AND DWELL Hold any movement's scene for a second and a half and choose Meditation or Dwell: timed for 1, 3, 5, 10 or 20 minutes or a length of your own, or open-ended. The session runs on the artwork itself, with the time remaining or elapsed shown beneath it. Hold to pause or end; leaving the app or locking the phone pauses it, and you decide when to continue. Hold CSTEIX at the top left to practise on the fifth artwork, the four together, or hold the app icon on the Home Screen to begin from a movement. APPLE HEALTH Turn on Save to Health in Settings, and completed meditations are written to the Health app as Mindful Minutes. Write-only: no Health data is ever read.
