Daek is a private food journal for iPhone and iPad. Record meals, browse your history, and review nutrition reports. Add meals manually or use the offline food catalog to choose a food and confirm its portion. On supported devices, on-device Apple Intelligence can help suggest foods from a photo; review and confirm the result before saving. Nutrition and portions may be unknown or incomplete and are not measurements of a photographed meal. Keep optional photos, manage your profile, choose whether to display energy, use home-screen widgets, and export your journal as CSV. English and Thai are available in Settings. Your journal is stored locally on your device. No account is required. Requires iOS or iPadOS 27.
