Turn the week's meals into one grocery list, sorted the way you walk a store. CHANGE THE SERVINGS, CHANGE THE AMOUNTS Take a recipe written for two and cook it for three: 300 g becomes 450 g, 2 tbsp becomes 3 tbsp. Awkward results stay measurable — you get "1 1/3 tbsp", not "1.33 tbsp". Units tidy themselves up too: 3 tsp becomes 1 tbsp, 1200 g becomes 1.2 kg. "A pinch" and "to taste" are never multiplied.
