About Dayshut
Your phone won't let you sleep until you brush. Dayshut ends late-night scrolling with a rule you can't wriggle out of. At a bedtime you choose, the apps that keep you up lock. The only way to shut the day is two minutes of real brushing, checked by your front camera, right on your phone. Dayshut is free to download and requires a Dayshut Pro subscription to use: annual with a 3-day free trial, or monthly. HOW IT WORKS • Pick the apps, categories and websites that keep you up. • At bedtime, Screen Time locks them. Calls, messages, maps and alarms always work. • Prop your phone on the counter and brush.
