Defect Monitor

Defect Monitor helps you inspect the visible appearance of rigid industrial parts on iPhone and iPad. Build a normal-appearance model from good-part photos, compare inspection photos and keep a traceable record of results and human reviews. START WITH NORMAL SAMPLES • Capture or import at least five normal-part photos using the system photo picker. Create separate models for each part type and visible side. • Train and inspect on your device. Core models are included, with no account or model download required. • Inspect sample photos and the detection region, adjust the threshold multiplier and retrain after changing samples. INSPECT, REVIEW AND TRACE • Capture inspection photos and view normal, anomalous or inconclusive results.
