Deflate: Compress PDF & JPG

Every upload form asks for a number. Under 200 KB. Under 500 KB. Under 1 MB. Most compressors answer with "low, medium, high" and leave you to guess, re-export, and guess again. Deflate takes the number you were actually given, works toward it, and then tells you the truth about the file it produced. A TARGET IN KILOBYTES Choose your output, JPEG or PDF, then pick a size the way the form asked for it: 20, 50, 100, 200 KB and up, or type your own. No vague "low, medium, high".
