DelayLock: Focus & Reminders

DelayLock turns plans into focused action. Choose a focus session, block distracting apps and websites, and pick a reminder that says what this session is for. FOCUS TIMER Choose 15–120 minutes in five-minute steps. With Screen Time permission, block all app and website categories or use one of your own blocking groups. Follow the countdown on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. FOCUS AND BREAK CYCLES Optionally alternate focus sessions with short breaks and take a long break after a few rounds. Blocking pauses during breaks and resumes with the next round. WHAT THIS SESSION IS FOR Pick an incomplete item from Apple Reminders, or add a new one, and keep it on screen while you focus.
