Dialed: Coffee Dial-In Coach

Logging a brew is easy. Knowing what to change next is the hard part. Dialed tells you. Brew your coffee, say how it tasted, and Dialed gives you one specific instruction for the next cup: "Grind 2 clicks finer, 18 → 16." Not "try grinding finer." The actual number, on the actual grinder sitting on your counter. THE COACH Dialed reads your cup the way a good barista would. Sour and thin means the water left flavor behind, so tighten the grind. Bitter and drying means it pulled out too much, so back it off. Fine on flavor but weak in the cup?
