Choose the apps you want to pause, select a 15, 30 or 60 minute break, and let Apple Screen Time apply the restriction on your iPhone. You can end a break at any time. Review your selected apps' usage across Week, Month and Year views, update your app selection, and release Doom Surfing restrictions from Settings when needed. Available usage history depends on the activity supplied by iOS. Apple Screen Time authorisation is required to select apps, apply restrictions and display usage reports.
